Shipping policy

Ready to Ship items will usually ship in 5-7 business days. Pre-order items will ship in 4-6 weeks (please see individual product description for specific shipping times)

All orders are shipped via USPS and come with a tracking number. Honolulu Baby Company, LLC is not responsible for any lost or returned packages. If your tracking number says delivered and you have not received your package, please contact USPS directly.

Please make sure to double check your mailing address when checking out. If you notice an error was made after checkout, please email us ASAP at: aloha@hnlbabyco.com. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will issue a refund within 7-14 business days.
