REFUND POLICY updated 3/10/2023

Returns and Exchanges

Honolulu Baby Company, LLC will accept returns and exchanges within 10 days of receipt as long as the items are in perfect condition, unused, unsoiled and not a Final Sale item. We will NOT refund the shipping costs associated with your order.

Defective Items

If your item is defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item at: aloha@hnlbabyco.com

We will either:

- Replace the defective merchandise at no cost
- Issue shop credit or a refund if the original item is no longer available
 
Final Sale Items

- Any items purchased at in-person events are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Any items purchase on sale or with a discount code are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return/Exchange Process

1. Email us at: aloha@hnlbabyco.com with your order number in the subject line within 10 days of receiving your item.

2. Include your name, email address, order number and reason for return in your email.
You will receive a response within 7 business days with further instructions to complete your return/exchange.

3. If your return/exchange is accepted, meaning items are in perfect condition, not used, soiled or damaged, we will refund the payment method on file within 7 business days.

Honolulu Baby Company, LLC is not responsible for returned or lost packages. Please read our Shipping Policy here.
